We explore the possibility of creating an interactive environment and review materials accessible for classes. The primary effort has been:

To develop an interactive environment for learning and using basic statistics integrated with statistical software package R, and
to create online quizzes for testing basic knowledge of the course materials.

Online quizzes would cover routine skills as well as thought processes, and may be tried repeatedly without penalty as long as a student eventually completes it successfully. The student should know, however, that the version of test is randomly generated at each attempt.
